I have been running workshops and trainings for nearly a decade now. I have created a multitude of tailored trainings myself, ranging from topics such as Public Speaking, Communication, Leadership Development to Time Management and Software testing. Whether it’s a short 2h workshop or an extended 3-day program, I will make sure I create an outstanding learning environment for you and your team.

After an initial discussion, I will come up with content that is tailored to your specific needs, be it in the form of a newly created workshop, a standard “off-the-shelf” approach, or a mix of the two. Typically, I also try to meet some of the participants before, to gain a better understanding of their needs and challenges. We will then work together to finalize the content. Once we sign-off on the content and we agree on a delivery timeline, we are good to go!
