Leadership Development
I am certified to deliver the Personal Leadership Programme, along with others such as Belbin, Situational Leadership II, DiSC and more. I also offer custom designed workshops for a range of skills such as Public Speaking, Communications and Relationship Building.
About me
I am a Leadership Development Specialist, working with international companies for over ten years and training leaders of all levels, SMEs and other individuals for over six. I am qualified to deliver the Personal Leadership Programme and have helped over 100 leaders in Europe and North America to level up their Leadership Skills. In addition to this program, I hold certifications for a multitude of Leadership and Management approaches, Team Development and Communication techniques, as well as for Project Management Frameworks.
I am dynamic, flexible and experienced with working in multicultural environments, most notably in the entertainment and tech industry. I utilize my energetic and approachable style to engage learners and make sure the learning experience is impactful, enjoyable and tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
In addition to my training background, I also have years of experience hosting events, starting with designing the initial scripts, to the development of a compelling stage program, to running the show, I can guarantee an informative, fun and engaging event for you and your visitors.
